All stays must be pre-booked.

Bookings may be made via our website booking form or over the phone directly.

When booking you must state if you intend to use the electric hook-up as it comes with an additional charge. If you do not apply the additional electric charge at booking and after arrival choose to use the electric hook-up, you need to notify the owners of the site of this change. You will be charged for each day of use and will need to pay the additional charge before you leave.

Anyone arriving without a booking may be asked to leave.

When booking you will need to provide up to date contact information so we can contact you with any changes we may need to make or to provide you with updated information. Any personal information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy

It’s your responsibility to book the correct days and confirm that any booking information in the confirmation email sent back to you is correct and notify us straight away of any discrepancies. We do not accept responsibility for any errors we are not notified of prior to your arrival. Any booking made by phone will be entered into the website booking system, you will also need to check the booking email you receive and ensure this is correct.

If you have any requirements not covered by our standard options, please contact us to see what can be arranged.

If you choose to leave your stay early for any reason we will not be able to refund payment for unused nights. In exceptional circumstances and at our discretion we may be able to transfer these nights to another booking.

If you are able to notify us more than 14 days before you are due to arrive we will be able to return any deposit you have made and any additional payment made towards your intended stay.

Property & Possessions

While we always make every effort to ensure the safety & security of our patrons, you are responsible for the security of your possessions whilst on site. We do not accept any liability for damage or theft of or from your vehicles, trailers, caravans other conveyances or property while on site.

All children on site should be supervised by an adult at all times. The adult(s) that bring the children to site are responsible for their behaviour.

We ask that all people respect the site and are considerate of the fact that it is a working farm. There may be times that gates are required to be closed when moving animals around or for your safety when large machinery is operating. If you come across a closed gate check that it is safe to go through it and always close it behind you.

There will be times when there are animals in the fields immediately adjacent to the site, please be aware that your behaviour may affect their well being and if any behaviour results in negative consequences you will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.

Dogs

We welcome well behaved dogs onto our site, however we are a working farm with livestock and so all dogs are expected to be on a lead at all times whilst on the property (unless previously agreed).

We expect you to keep your dogs to your pitch when on site so as not to inconvenience other visitors.

Do not allow your dog(s) to behave in a way that causes upset to any of the livestock and possible other visitors, such as running towards fences and constant barking.

We have footpaths across the property including though fields where live stock are kept, if you choose to use these please keep to the paths as directed unless express permission has been sought and agreed in advance with the owners.

Please do not leave your dogs alone in caravans or vehicles if they do not have proper ventilation, access to water, or are likely to bark all the time.

You are responsible for cleaning up after your dog(s) and putting all poo in the bin provided.

Whilst we do not have a set limit for the number of dogs we allow on site please can you let us know if you intend to bring more than two dogs with you.

Pitches

We do not allocate individual bookings to a set pitch prior to arrival.

On arrival please select the pitch you would like from the available pitches. Available meaning one not in use at the time or that does not contain an indicator of use. If you remove someone else’s indicator of use to park on a pitch, this is a violation of our acceptable use policy and you may be asked to move pitches or even leave the site.

If you leave your pitch during your stay, whilst intending to return to the same pitch please leave an indicator of use behind to let others know the pitch is in use. For example a power cable.

EV Charging

No charging of electric vehicles is permitted from the site supply without prior consent agreed with the site owner. The definition of site supply includes all electric power derived from the site supply either directly or indirectly for example via a caravan. If you do have a requirement to charge an electric vehicle then please contact us directly to discuss this.

Refuse

Please make all attempts to keep the site clean and tidy at all times.

Refuse bins are provided at the end of the site or at the end of the driveway.

Please make use of the recycling bins to reduce the need for general waste.

Please clean items before putting the recycling to reduce smells and the chance of attracting wildlife.

Other

Please take any large or electrical items home with you to dispose of as we do not have the ability to deal with these.

Please note that caravan and motorhome club members staying on our site are also bound by the terms and conditions of the caravan and motorhome club membership policy.

We reserve the right to update these Terms as required without giving notice and any changes will be effective immediately.

Thank you for taking the time to view our terms and conditions. By making a booking with us you agree and accept these terms and conditions.
